At Cofik, we want every order to reach you exactly as expected. Please take a moment to read through our policy so you know exactly where you stand if something doesn't go to plan.
Our Return Window
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made outside this window cannot be processed, so we encourage you to inspect your items as soon as they arrive.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, stops functioning correctly, or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — no hassle, no return needed. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo or short video that shows the issue.
Once our team has reviewed your submission, we'll offer you a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. We'll cover everything; you won't be asked to ship anything back.
Change of Mind or Item Not as Expected
Not in love with your purchase? That's okay. If your item is in its original, unused condition and packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to let us know, and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Once we notify you to proceed, you'll have 14 days to ship the item back to us. Upon receiving the return and confirming its condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@cofik.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund straight away. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to return it once it arrives under our standard return policy.
Wrong Item Sent
If you receive an item that doesn't match what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item you received and we'll sort it out immediately — either by sending the correct item or issuing a full refund. You will not be required to return the wrong item.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your property and with neighbors, as parcels are sometimes left in unexpected spots. If it's still nowhere to be found, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are treated no differently than full-priced items. The same 30-day return and refund rights apply — no exceptions, no fine print.
Warranty
All products sold by Cofik come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a defect covered under this warranty appears during that period, get in touch with us and we'll assess the situation. Depending on the nature of the issue and your preference, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please note that this warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidental drops, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or general wear and tear over time.
