Every order placed at Cofik is handled with care from the moment you check out to the moment it lands at your door. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something doesn't go as planned.

Before Your Order Ships

As soon as your order is confirmed, our team gets to work. We typically prepare and hand off orders to our carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Keep in mind that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days, so orders placed on a Friday may not begin processing until the following Monday.

Once your order leaves our hands, you'll receive an email with a tracking number — use it to follow your package in real time, all the way to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeframes

We offer free standard shipping on every order, no minimum required. After dispatch, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, please treat them as estimates rather than guarantees — real-world conditions like carrier volume and weather can sometimes cause slight variations.

We Ship Worldwide

No matter where you are, we've got you covered. Cofik ships internationally to most countries. Delivery times for international orders may extend slightly beyond our standard window depending on your location, local postal services, and customs clearance. Rest assured, your tracking number will keep you informed throughout the journey.

Need to Change or Cancel Your Order?

We understand that plans change. If you need to update your shipping address, adjust your order, or cancel entirely, contact us at support@cofik.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to make it happen.

Beyond that 24-hour window, your order will likely have already entered processing or been dispatched, making changes impossible. Please also make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — Cofik cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing due to an incorrect address being provided.

When Things Take Longer Than Expected

Delays are rare, but they can happen — particularly during busy seasons, due to customs inspections, or because of unexpected carrier disruptions. If your order seems to be taking longer than it should, here's what we suggest:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest status update.
  • Allow 1 to 2 extra business days, as packages sometimes scan late.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

What If My Order Says Delivered But Isn't Here?

This can be stressful, and we want to help you resolve it quickly. If your tracking shows a delivered status but the package is nowhere to be found, please work through the following steps:

  1. Look around your property — carriers sometimes leave packages in less obvious spots like side entrances, mailrooms, or with a building concierge.
  2. Ask your neighbors — a well-meaning neighbor may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  3. Confirm your address — double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to rule out any entry errors.
  4. Contact the carrier — reach out to the delivery company directly and request a proof of delivery or further delivery details.
  5. Get in touch with us — once you have the carrier's response, send it over to support@cofik.com and we'll take it from there, whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you can't find it, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Drop us a message at support@cofik.com and we'll send it over manually. You can also use our dedicated order tracking page at any time.
